Our proprietary vacuum embossing process allows us to create composite fabrics with unsurpassed surface interest. Unlike most synthetic leathers, which utilize a paper print transfer technique to create patterns, most Valtekz patterns are created using vacuum embossing which actually pulls that pattern out of the fabric's surface during the manufacturing process. Vacuum embossing requires a much greater degree of precision and attention to detail, as well as a thicker, denser base fabric, but the result is a composite fabric with peerless depth and texture. Evidence of this can be seen in the denticles of our Shagreen, the quill marks of our Ostrich, the cross hatch of our Nest and the scales of our Crocodile and Chameleon.
